We treat many people who have sustained injuries running – either through running competitively or for relaxation and fitness. Treatment of the presenting injury obviously comes first, but analysis of running technique is also helpful. Our treadmill is useful for this, and often the physiotherapist and podiatrist could work together to resolve problems.
