Increase in Physiotherapy Fees
By Pip on 17th September 2024
I always agonize for ages about putting our fees up, and never find it easy. I understand that everyone has so many demands on their money, especially in the current economic climate.
However when, despite being consistently busy and keeping our expenses as low as possible, our bank balance only just breaks even, we are forced to take action. Everyone has noticed the rise in prices of absolutely everything, from food to cleaning products, consumables such as paper rolls and loo rolls increasing sometimes 15%, equipment servicing, health and safety costs, IT and telephone expenses, insurances, heating, and of course wage rises too.
So, an increase in our physiotherapy fees is necessary to keep us in business. We are trying to restructure some parts of our service to help our clients, offering more discounts for block bookings and longer, shared sessions for some of our neurology clients.
We feel it is important to maintain our standards with high quality reception services. A real person on the end of the telephone and a welcoming smile on arrival mean a lot to our clients. Clear information on classes and services is provided by our team, cheerfully, and with patience. Help with booking appointments at convenient times with the most appropriate practitioner is given with our client’s work and other commitments considered.
The physiotherapists, too, are of high quality. They are all experienced, knowledgeable and have specialist skills and interests – not newly qualified physios fresh out of university with so much to learn. We work hard with in-house training to make sure we all learn from each other, and support external courses too. All our therapists care deeply about their patients and do their very best to help each individual get the most out of their bodies, empowering self-care.
We consider you are getting extremely good value for your money from our gold-standard services!
Our Pilates fees have remained the same for a long time now, so are also up for review, but we are already rewarding our loyal customers with special offers on top of the block booking and online booking system allowing clients more flexibility with times and classes – more about the classes in another blog soon.
