Here is the programme for summer classes. It is designed to cater for those who wish to continue some practice over the summer.
There are two beginners courses of 5 sessions. All the rest are one-off classes which need to be booked and paid for in advance.
There are reformer taster sessions for anyone wishing to give these fantastic machines a try. These classes are for 4 people, will last 50 minutes and will cost £15 each.
Classes without enough bookings will be cancelled, so please book in good time. If classes are oversubscribed we may be able to put more on – please ask.
Due to popular demand, Sarah will run 2 women’s health classes (same content, each time). These will be £12 for 1.5 hours.
All bookings to be made through reception and paid for at £8 a class. Block bookings for beginners pilates and yoga will be £7.
