Classes timetable from Easter:
We are delighted to announce a new beginners Pilates course to be held on Saturday mornings 10-11am with our new instructor, Rachel Bomford.
Rachel is a very experienced physiotherapist who, following her recent retirement, has undergone the rigorous training and examinations with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, with practical support from Viney Hall, to become a fully certified instructor. She will be taking over Pip’s Thursday evening classes, as well as starting her Saturday class.
There are two other options for beginners: Monday 17.45 in our new small first floor studio with Jan Hunt, and Thursday at 10.40, also with Jan. As always, we take great care to get to know all our clients in our small classes, and structure the sessions with individual needs in mind.
Remember, all new clients require a one-to-one session with one of our physiotherapists prior to joining any class. Please read our classes page regarding booking.
There will be eight Pilates on the Reformer classes. Mel and Sarah have completed their training on these exciting pieces of kit and are itching to get going on these small classes of four that are proving very popular. There will be some taster sessions during the week beginning 9th April if you’d like to have a go and see what all the fuss is about. Register your interest at reception and we’ll let you know when the taster classes will be.
And of course there are plenty of time options for other classes too. If you’ve done some pilates at Viney Hall in the past, you may wish to start again at beginners or improvers level.
Priority is given to current class members for booking until Friday 6th April, after which we open to all so that people can change times if they wish.
Booking online will be available from Tuesday 27th March.
