Classes for the New Year

Bookings are now being taken for pilates and yoga classes in January.  Please look at our Classes page http://vineyhallphysio.co.uk/classes for further information. Full timetables are available from reception – paper copies, or we can email one to you.  Unfortunately we are still having trouble uploading images onto our website, and this includes the class timetable;  the classes are all listed individually though.

If you have trouble finding what you want, then please ask.  We always try to accommodate everyone.

If you are new to Viney Hall, then please phone reception and we can discuss your best options.  We like all new clients to have a 1:1 session prior to joining a class.  This is greatly to your benefit and for your health and safety in the class.

We are now offering 31 classes a week!  Many of our clients like the flexibility of being able to fit into another class if they miss one.  This is a perk, and not a right, but works really well so long as people let us know if they are unable to attend a class, freeing a space for someone else to slot in.  Please remember, however, that our wonderful reception staff have a lot of people to deal with, so keep things simple!!

We haven’t scheduled a new beginners class on the Pilates Reformer machines, but if you are interested in trying these wonderful pieces of equipment please let us know.  We can arrange taster sessions or a new course if we have enough people wanting to come at the same time.  Of course we do provide 1:1 sessions on the reformers, and often also do 2:1 sessions.  Just ask reception.

We are able to offer all these classes because we have a brilliant team of instructors.  Our newest addition is Gill Ball, who has trained with the APPI in London, doing her practice here.  She completed her certification in October and is proving a very popular teacher.

Remember to book your classes in good time so that you are not disappointed – they do fill up quickly.

It is wonderful to see so many clients doing so well and reaping the benefits of regular exercise.  As instructors, we get so much pleasure from comments about how our clients are able to do things they haven’t been able to do for ages, how they are now pain-free, able to walk further, have improved balance and strength.  Well done to all concerned – it’s a team effort!
